My stay was quite nice overall. The rooms need a little TLC but are still very comfortable. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready when promised, and I had to check my luggage and come back. On the bright side, the room was clean, had good bedding, a large shower, and free WiFi that worked well throughout the hotel, depending on the room location.

I chose a corner room up in the tower with a running view of lower Manhattan, but ended up with just a side view of an apartment on the 4th floor. The service was slightly tedious at times, with some interrogation upon returning, yet the staff were very nice and helpful.
